Thank you for looking at what we can offer at Fidanexa Counseling, PLLC.

Fidanexa (Fee·Dah·Nex·Ah)

means “trust” and “connection”.

Trust and connection are key to relationships that feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable. Some of the outcomes we are most invested in include:

  • learning to trust yourself

  • figuring out how much to trust others

  • connecting with yourself more

  • deepening your relationships with the people who matter to you

At Fidanexa Counseling, we know that life challenges can make trusting and connecting difficult. You deserve a comfortable relationship with yourself, and others.

I have a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Western Connecticut State University.

I have been a therapist for over 10 years. I first worked with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. From there, I worked in multiple outpatient settings offering psychotherapy to adults around a wide variety of concerns, including Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for addiction. I practice Trauma-Focused Therapies, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
